For Sale by Owners Picking up

Just thought I would start to get back to this and let every one know that the market is really picking up for home owners selling their homes. Many People today are finding that there are more options to sell your home on your own with out being tied to what the Realtor allows and offers. This can really limit your market because a real estate agency does not like to sell a home to a market that they have other homes in. A good example is country homes in the Midwest actually sell really well in large city markets like Chicago. However it is really hard to get a real estate agency to market your home in those large markets because there is more money for them if they sell the homes in their market. This is where some one like me can give a helping hand. I can give you some tools to put your home out to buyers in many markets that are used to the higher priced markets. It is not uncommon to sell a Midwest country or small town home as a summer get away or to some one recently retiring and wanting to get away from the City life and be able to enjoy their free time.
